Step 1 Discovery
Kick-off begins with a get-to-know-your-business session and a 50% first payment from you. We’ll provide you with easy-to-follow planning documents to make it easy for you to give us the content and images you want on your website.
Step 2 Design
We’ll custom design your website based on your brief, logo, branding, content and images. Keep an eye on your inbox for the design layout and let us know if any amends are needed. You approve the design layout and send us the 30% second payment.
Step 3 Development
We build your site to the approved design, add your content and images and link your website to your social media accounts. We make sure your site looks great on all sized screens. You approve the development site and send us the final 20% payment.
Step 4 Launch and Support
We launch your new site around the globe. Google loves it and you show it off to your customers, your family and your friends.

How do we get started?
To get started we need to get to know you and your business. We do this through our initial discovery session. Depending on your location, this session may be held either in person or by meeting online.
How long will it take?
Depending on how ready you are with your content and images this could be as little as 4 weeks however on average it is between 4 to 8 weeks from the start of the design process to website delivery. Please keep in mind some custom functionality may take longer due to the development requirements.
Will I need to choose from a set amount of templates
No. Your designs will be uniquely created for your business by our design team.
Do I need to pay an upfront payment?
Yes. You will need to pay a 50% first payment before our design process can begin. We’ll provide a detailed proposal with clear terms and conditions so you’re 100% clear on how the payments work.
Will my site be found on Google?
Yes, we’ll optimise your website to be found on Google searches (Search Engine Optimised – SEO). We look at using the appropriate keywords for your website and industry making sure to target the right ones for your business. This once-off On-Page SEO is included in all website packages.
SEO is an ongoing process and if you are in a very competitive industry we recommend you talk to us about our additional SEO services.
Can you help with website hosting
Yes. We charge $360 per year for hosting your website on our premium business-grade hosting environment in one of Australia's top data centres.
Do you only create websites for new businesses?
We love working with both business start-ups and established businesses. No matter how long you’ve been in business, fashions change, and search engine optimisation needs change. We can help you whether this is your first website or your 10th website.
Can you organise my domain name?
Yes. We can help you decide on the best domain name to choose for your business and help with the necessary registration process.
Will I get training so I can manage my website myself?
Yes. Depending on the package you choose, one-on-one website training of up to two hours is included. We find one or two hours is plenty of time to cover content and image changes and blog uploads. If you need more time, additional training can be organised with us.
If you don't have the time or patience to make changes yourself, we can help manage your website for you with one of our website maintenance packages.
I’m not ready to add blogs yet, can I do that later?
Yes definitely. All our websites are built with WordPress which means they’re fully editable. Your site may grow as your business grows. Additional pages, team members, blogs and even an online store can be added in the future.
Will my website be fully responsive and mobile friendly?
Yes absolutely. All our websites are designed with mobile devices in mind making sure your website works well all sized screens, from the large boardroom monitor to, laptops, tablets and mobile phones. All are tested prior to your site’s launch.
What do I need to get started?
To get started we’ll need your logo, brand guide, content for each page and any images you’d like added to your site. If you need help with a logo, copywriter or photography, contact us for a custom quote.
