How do I get started?
Simply choose the plan which best suits you by clicking on the order button. Complete the registration form and pay the invoice which will be sent to you.
Can I cancel my plan
Yes absolutely, no questions asked. If you need to cancel your plan, send an email to annette@camotion.com.au and we’ll immediately stop the next payment.
What happens if my website goes down or gets hacked?
Our maintenance plans focus on preventative care, and we work hard to prevent anything from happening.
If your site goes down, we’ll work directly with you and your hosting company to get it back up and running.
If your site has errors or breaks, we’ll provide up to an hour of fixes due to update breaks. If the fixes will take longer than an hour, we’ll roll the website back using one of our backups and provide a quote for the fixes.
We can’t promise your website will not be hacked but can promise we’ll do everything we can to prevent it and we’ll assist in the restoration and clean-up of your website using one of our backups.
Can I buy one of your maintenance plans if my site wasn’t built by Camotion?
Yes of course, however first we’ll need to run an audit and evaluation of your website to familiarise ourselves with the build and identify potential issues or risks.
During our audit and evaluation, we’ll complete all of the updates listed in our Soundbyte Starter plan. Our audit and evaluation fee is $397. Contact us to get started.
When will the website maintenance start?
Once you give us your website’s login details and pay the first invoice, your website’s maintenance will begin in our next monthly maintenance round. All invoices are to be paid either monthly in advance or yearly in advance, depending on the payment option you choose. We’ll let you know each month when we’ve completed your website’s maintenance.
How often will you update my website?
We’ll update your website’s software at least once a month. More frequently if there is an identified security risk. Some updates may be delayed if there’s a conflict with other software releases such as plugin updates. If this happens, we’ll complete the updates as soon as it’s safe to do so.

- Monthly payments are non-refundable.
- Invoices will be issued either monthly or yearly in advance, depending on the chosen payment option.
- A direct debit will be set up for automatic payments.
- If you wish to cancel you need to cancel before the next invoice is issued.
- A minimum 3-month commitment is required.
- Support and content upload hours do not roll over to the next month.
- You may upgrade your plan at any time.
