- The total is broken down into 2 payments – The first is upfront at the start of the design process (50%). The final payment is when the designs are finished and concept chosen (50%). Payment is required within 7 days of the invoice date.
- We can’t start work on your project until you sign and return our proposal agreement and payment schedule.

How long will it take?
Unique designs take time. On average you’ll receive your design concepts within two to three weeks.
How do we get started?
To get started we need to get to know you and your business. We do this by have a get-to-know-your-business session. This session will either be by meeting in person or online.
Do you use a logo generator?
No. Your designs will be uniquely created for your business by our design team.
Do I need to pay an upfront payment?
Yes. We can’t start our design process until you pay the first payment.. We’ll provide a detailed proposal with clear terms and conditions so you’re 100% clear on how the payments work.
Can I add my logo to my building signage
Yes. You'll receive your logo in all the formats you need. Show off your new logo on your email signature, business cards, website, uniforms and even your car.
Do you only create logos for new businesses?
