How long will it take?

How do I get started?
To get started, order your audit. Once we’ve received your payment, we’ll send you instructions on how to provide us with access to your website's backend.
Why do you need access to my website? Is that secure?
The WordPress Website Audit is a comprehensive review of your website, including plugins and settings that are only visible when logged into the site. We’ll ask you to create a separate login for us strictly for the purpose of the audit, and making approved changes. Once the audit is complete, you may remove our access.
We always recommend setting up new, temporary access for anyone who needs to login to your website. As soon as they no longer need access, you should delete the user. As part of your audit, we’ll look at who has access to your website.
Will I receive a report of the audit findings?
Yes, once we’ve completed the audit of your website we’ll send you a straightforward report detailing the issues we find, ranked by urgency.
How do I fix my website issues?
If you don’t feel confident fixing the issues yourself – or you don’t have the time – select our Audit Blast package, which includes two hours of our expert’s time to fix your website issues for you.
